RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

  1. We have a smooth cancellation request option available in the order panel, you can easily place your cancellation request directly from here or you can even send an email or make a phone call to cancel your order.

    Note: All cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of an order. After dispatching the order any cancellation request will be not acceptable.

  2. The convenience fee charged on orders is non-refundable only if the order is cancelled by the buyer. In case the order gets cancelled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded. This charge is only applicable when the buyer wants to cancel the order and opts for a refund option. 

  3. You do not have the right to cancel the contract due to the custom nature of the goods. Custom PC systems that are built to customer specifications and the following cancellation charges apply (if any):

    3.1 Paperwork Stage (within 24 hours of placing the order)

    5% of Invoice Value

    3.2 Components Allocated and Build has commenced 

    15% of Invoice Value

    3.3 Build has been completed  

    25% of Invoice Value

  4. Above mentioned charges are only applicable if the buyer places such requests but no charges will be applicable when such steps are initiated by us.

  5. In case of complaints regarding products that are in their warranty period, feel free to get in touch with us via mail or phone call. Ant PC believes in helping their customers as far as possible and hence has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

    Return & Refund Policy

    1. We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of the product and refund requests are only acceptable in certain cases only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product was sent (by mistake). Buyers need to bring such issues to our attention either by sending an email or making a phone call within 24 hours of receiving the product or as soon as unboxing is done.

    2. If the seal of the product is opened but the product is not faulty, a return/refund will not be applicable. Also, return/refund requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory of the product is missing.

    3. Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will assist them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage in transit.

    4. The product should be packed properly as it was received by the purchaser, do not try to apply tapes or glues directly on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of return the request.

    5. All the accessories that were delivered along with the machine should be returned in the same way and along with the machine.

    6. If the payment was made through our payment gateway, it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of Bank Transfer refunds will be done in the buyers’ bank account. Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days in order to reflect in your account.
